چکیده

Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat is one of the four major cut flowers in world. Pht1 family focus on uptake and transport phosphate plants. In our previous studies, CmPht1;2 overexpression line (Oe1) had higher contents both roots shoots, its root development was significantly enhanced than wild type (WT) at low phosphorus conditions chrysanthemum. Metabolomics analysis showed that several metabolites a change pyruvate metabolism tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle pathway. To explore gene difference expression metabolic pathway between CmPht1;2-Oe1 WT, we conducted transcriptome analysis. A total 617,681 207,271 unigenes were obtained from respectively. They classified into biological process, cellular component molecular function by Gene Ontology (GO). addition, 450 different genes (DEGs) found after 2 d treatment, 1,787 DEGs identified shoots 7 treatment under LP condition Oe1 WT. From top 20 pathways assigned Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG), TCA mostly affected attracted attention. This research will be helpful for elucidating mechanism effects growth, stress tolerance.

Comparative transcriptome analysis of grapevine in response to copper stress

Grapevine is one of the most economically important and widely cultivated fruit crop worldwide. With the industrialization and the popular application of cupric fungicides in grape industry, copper stress and copper pollution are also the factors affecting grape production and berry and wine quality. Here, 3,843 transcripts were significantly differently expressed genes in response to Cu stress...

Identification of soybean circular RNAs in response to low nitrogen and phosphorus stress

Soybean, one of the most important sources of edible oil and protein in the world, is exposed to various environmental biotic and abiotic stresses. These stresses can negatively impact the quality and quantity of soybean production. This study aimed to identify genes that express circular RNAs in response to low phosphorus and nitrogen stresses in soybean roots. Soybean seeds were grown under d...

transcriptome analysis of tobacco in response to ralstonia solanacearum infection

one of the best strategies to control bacterial wilt caused by ralstonia solanacearum (smith) is generally based on breeding resistant cultivars. the information obtained from the expression of plant defense genes will provide new insight for improving plant resistance against pathogens. this study was to identify inducible genes under defense no death (dnd) reaction of tobacco (nicotiana tabac...

Comparative Analysis of the Chrysanthemum Leaf Transcript Profiling in Response to Salt Stress

Salt stress has some remarkable influence on chrysanthemum growth and productivity. To understand the molecular mechanisms associated with salt stress and identify genes of potential importance in cultivated chrysanthemum, we carried out transcriptome sequencing of chrysanthemum. Two cDNA libraries were generated from the control and salt-treated samples (Sample_0510_control and Sample_0510_tre...

Extensive Differences in Antifungal Immune Response in Two Drosophila Species Revealed by Comparative Transcriptome Analysis

The innate immune system of Drosophila is activated by ingestion of microorganisms. D. melanogaster breeds on fruits fermented by Saccharomyces cerevisiae, whereas D. virilis breeds on slime flux and decaying bark of tree housing a variety of bacteria, yeasts, and molds. In this study, it is shown that D. virilis has a higher resistance to oral infection of a species of filamentous fungi belong...
